Open an Assignments and click edit or Create a New assignment. 

Ensure the assignment submission type is set to Online and File Upload is chosen.


Next, scroll down and click the Plagiarism Review drop-down.




Select SimCheck and confirm the settings. I would suggest checking Index All Submissions so students cannot copy each other's work unless it is a rough draft that would be submitted against itself later for the final draft.
