Toner Auto-Delivered Before You Need It

HP monitors toner levels and auto-delivers new toner when needed via overnight delivery, including our regional campuses.

After the new toner is installed you can recycle the old toner by following the provided instructions from HP and placing it in campus mail.

If your printer needs maintenance or service, you can contact HP in two convenient methods. Make sure you have the Printer ID, located on the HP sticker, to process your request. HP will dispatch a technician based on their service-level agreement. Please note that response times may vary based on HP's technician availability.

Important Reminders

• Please do not purchase toner from any other sources; HP will auto-deliver toner to you as needed.
• Your department is not charged for toner for your department printers.
