Purchasing: Please fill out the Equipment Request Form to purchase a wireless keyboard and/or mouse. Wireless peripherals are considered department owned equipment and must be purchased by the department.
 

Maintenance: As these are department owned, IT is not able to provide replacements for malfunctioning units. If your department would like to purchase new equipment, please fill out the Equipment Request Form.
