We’re excited to share that APU will be improving the internet service in University Village by providing Frontier FiberOptic (FiOS) at no additional cost to you!

TO GET STARTED:

You can sign up by calling 844.660.0648 When you schedule a time for installation with Frontier, they will send a technician onsite to install the necessary equipment.

*The technician will be clearly identified as from Frontier and outfitted with Personal Protective Equipment like masks, face shields, and a standard 6-feet physical distancing.

AT THE END OF THE SEMESTER:

When you check out of your apartment at the end of the year, call Frontier to remove your name from service and return the equipment, if necessary.

Failure to return equipment, and cancel services may result in a charge to the student.
