[Completed] August 18 3:00am-6:00am planned systems maintenance

7:20 Update:  Scheduled maintenance has completed.         Finance is back online

7:00 Update:  Core student and administrative systems are back online.  We are continuing work on the Finance system, which should be online in the next 10-20 minutes. 

6:00 Update:  Maintenance is continuing and services are expected to be restored by 7:00am.  We ran into an issue which delayed the plan somewhat, but it has been resolved.


On Tuesday August 18 from 3:00am - 6:00am, and select administrative systems will be unavailable due to planned maintenance related to the upcoming start of the Fall semester.  During this time, you may experience unavailability of the services listed. 

If you use Home to reach GMail or Canvas, please use one of the alternate direct links below during this time, as these services will continue to run normally.

Services Affected:

  • Student Center, Faculty Center
  • Access to PeopleSoft student system
  • and APU Mobile app
  • For APU Staff and Faculty:
    • Select Finance, HR enterprise systems may be unavailable until 6:00am (please check with your supervisor for details, and/or contact IMT if you have any questions)
