[Resolved] Budget Reports Issue

Update:  The issue has been resolved as of 3:20 pm. 

IMT is currently working on an issue preventing budget managers from receiving their normal budget reports.  This is a high priority for resolution, and IMT is working with internal experts and Oracle on a solution.



Beginning Friday, March 6, new budget reports were no longer generated and sent by the PeopleSoft Financials system to budget managers.  Additionally, these reports are not available in the Budget Reports section of



The budget reports issue was an unintended side affect of applying significant security improvements and updates to the application server that produces the reports (batch or on demand) for budget managers.


Resolution Steps:

IMT has reinstalled and reconfigured the reporting software, and is continuing to make progress toward a full resolution. 

We expect this issue to be fully resolved in 1-2 days.  This article will be updated as items are fixed.
