Toner Purchasing Process


IMT is excited to announce a new way for departments to purchase toner. We have simplified the process so you spend less time ordering toner and more time on what matters. If you have questions on this new process, please contact the IMT Support Desk.

How to Purchase Toner (Video):

Written Steps:

Step 1: Go to

Step 2: In the menu, hover over departments and then click on Hp Toner

Step 3: Find the toner you need and add it to your cart (repeat this step if you need different types of toner)

Step 4: Check out

Tip: If you create an online account, when you are ready to repurchase your toner, you can login and click the "Reorder" button.

Checkout Process:

During checkout, you want to make sure you have the following fields filled in correctly:


1. Contact Persona's APU email address

2. Contact person's First and Last names

3. Department/Account # (ie. 10-12345-112233)

4. West or East Campus

5. Building Name & Office Number (ie. Duke 123)

6. Extension #
