Employees, to complete your access to university resources and accept university policies, please complete the Network Account Application using your personal email address.
Individuals that would need to fill out the form:
- University Faculty
- University Staff
- Adjunct Professors
- Certain temporary employees (This will be defined by the supervisor)
Students of the university will NOT fill out this form. Network access is granted to students through the enrollment process.
