Microsoft Office Home Use Program

Microsoft Office comes installed on all APU issued computers and can be bought at the computer store for the student price. Faculty and staff can purchase a discounted version of Microsoft Office through the Microsoft Home Use Program starting at $9.95. Please note that this is leased software and only authorized for during time of employment with Azusa Pacific University. Once no longer legally employed, the software will need to be removed.


Accessing the Microsoft Office Home Use Program

1. Sign into your home account by accessing the home portal.




2. From the home portal, locate the Enterprise Menu on the left side, locate Self Service and expand the menu which will yield the Employee menu which will provide the link to the Microsoft Home Use Program.


3. From the Microsoft Home Use Program page, you will read the terms and further instruction on how to complete the purchase. For further assistance, the IMT Support Desk can be reached at 626-815-5050 and Microsoft can be reached at 877-248-1220.
