Adobe Connect is software used to create information and general presentations, online training materials, web conferencing, learning modules, and user desktop sharing.
Who supports Adobe Connect?
Adobe Connect is available to the faculty of APU to conduct classes online, interviews, and host meetings if needed through a virtual environment. Adobe Connect is officially support by the Office of Innovative Teaching & Technology however, all work orders will be set up through the IMT Support Desk.
Contacting the IMT Support Desk
To get Adobe Connect, contact the IMT Support Desk at 626-815-5050 or email the Support Desk at firstname.lastname@example.org to create an immediate ticket. The ticket will be assigned to the Office of Innovative Teaching & Technology for resolution.
