 This service is available to all faculty, staff, and students and may be accessed using your APU NetID


If you are unable to sign into and are certain that you are using the correct password, try these troubleshooting options:

  • Make sure you are not adding after your Net ID

  • Clear the cookies and cache from your browser

  • Use a separate browser altogether

  • If you are on a protected network, there may be firewalls preventing access to - try again when connected to a different network

  • If you are a newly admitted student, try using the Applicant Sign In portal instead of Sign In, as you may still be under applicant status
