How to use appointment slots


1) Access the Calendar from your gmail account


2) You have to be in either the day or week view to use this function

3) Click on the timeslot you have the appointment, and click “Appointment slots”


4) You will then have the choice to choose/review specific options, fill them out as desired


5) Once you have filled it out as desired, click create slots

6) or, if you want to be more specific with the appointment, select Edit details


7) Which will open up a few more options for you


8) To share this with people, so that people can sign up for certain appointments, you can right click on the link and select Copy link address


9) Another option is to add guests via their email addresses
