How to Create a Google Group

Creating a Google Group using the Google Groups App


1) Go to Groups, if you are using your apu.edu gmail account, you will have to click on “More” to get to your groups. Once you have done that, click on the icon and open the “Groups” option

2) You will be taken to your “Groups” page, and next you will click on the red “Create Group” button

3) There are several fields to fill out here, once you have filled them all in click “Create”

4) You will get a notification that the group has been created.You will be given three options that you can choose  from to use the group. If you are finished, simply click okay.
