How to Share a Calendar

1) Access your Calendar

 

2) Next, find the calendar you wish to share with someone, and click the dropdown arrow to the right of it, then click “Share this calendar”

 

3) You will be brought to page where you can choose more specific options, it is the “Share the Calendar” page, you can add people via email addresses, and choose what permissions to give them when viewing and accessing your calendar. When you have finished, click “Save”

 

4) If you want to get the URL for that calendar, at the top of the page, there are three options “Calendar Details” “Share this Calendar” and “Edit notifications” Click the “Calendar Details” and scroll down a little bit to find the “Calendar Address” option, which to the right of is an “HTML” button you can click on which will give you the web address of this email, which you can use to access this calendar in other browsers
