Description of Service
Home.apu.edu is APU's web portal—your personalized home for the information and tools you need as part of the APU community.
- Students, you can enroll for classes, see your schedule, view your grades, finances, and update your contact information from the student center tab. You can also see your chapel attendance, service credits, one card balance, and access Sakai and Library resources. And from the One Stop (UG) or Grad/Pro Resources tabs find links to do almost anything you need to as a student.
- Faculty, you can access class rosters, look up student information, enter grades, access Sakai, IDEA requests, activity insight, and refer a student through our C.A.R.E.S. program.
- Employees (Staff, Faculty), you can access benefits, schedule a room, submit a facilities work order, update contact information, and find quick links to several applications (such as Google Apps). And, depending on job role, you may be able to look up student information, submit purchase requisitions, and manage budgets.

Students will receive access during their admissions process. Faculty and staff will receive access at the beginning of their employment with Azusa Pacific University. Employees who need additional levels of access to PeopleSoft Student, Finance, and HR systems, please see the PeopleSoft catalog entry.

All customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password by not sharing this information with anyone else.
Employees are additionally responsible for upholding applicable regulations based on the type of data they access while performing their work duties for APU.
