Departmental Printer Refresh

Description of Service

University owned printers are typically eligible for refresh once they have been in service 5 years. Multiple factors will be considered before refreshing a printer. IMT maintains an inventory of equipment to determine qualified printers. When the printer is due for refresh, IMT will contact the department to ensure that the new printer will meet the department's needs.
