Network Jacks

Description of Service

Network jacks are provided in office areas and labs as part of building infrastructure. Additional network jacks can be requested at departmental expense.

 

Repair:

If you find that your network jack is not working, please contact the IMT Support Desk with the following information:

 

    • A description of the problem
    • The location of the problem (building and room number)
    • Complete contact information (name, extension, and location)
