Description of Service
Oracle PeopleSoft is the system of record for information pertaining to prospective and current students, faculty, staff, alumni, friends of the university and vendors.
PeopleSoft Modules and their purposes:

Varied, but primary access is home.apu.edu for students and most staff, and peoplesoft.apu.edu for power users.
*Limited access until admission to the university.
Faculty and Staff should request access to PeopleSoft through their supervisors. You may access the most current version by visiting IMT Forms of the Get Answers Section.
Students are provided appropriate access during their admissions process.
Prospective students have limited access to PeopleSoft until they’ve reached admit status.
Help for Service
Help for using features of PeopleSoft may be found by logging into home.apu.edu
Staff may request training through IMT Training or through their department data analyst.
Supervisors must complete and submit the appropriate form request access for their employees.
Service Level Agreement
