Financial Management System Upgrades

Update 5/24 5:00PM:  The Finance system upgrade is complete.

We are working on making historical budget reports available again Tuesday; if one is urgently needed, please put in a request with the IMT Support Center, either by phone: 626-815-5050 or email: support@apu.edu.

Update 5/24 8:00AM:  The Finance system is in planned maintenance through end of day Monday while Business Office and IMT teams verify system functionality after the upgrade.  At this time, we expect to fully restore service by 6:00pm today.

From Friday, May 21 at 6:00pm through Monday May 24 at 6:00pm, the Financial Management system used by APU Administrators, Faculty and Staff will be unavailable due to a planned upgrade.  

What will not be available during the maintenance:

During the upgrade, Administration, Staff and Faculty will temporarily not be able to view real-time data, download new budget reports, or enter purchase requisitions via https://home.apu.edu .

HR Total Access

All Student services

Scheduled time:

The upgrade will begin on Friday May 21 at 6:00 p.m. and continue through Monday May 24 at 6:00 p.m.
