RESET CITRIX WORKSPACE FOR WINDOWS and MAC OS
Occasionally a reset of the Citrix Workspace is needed to fix issues with applications or desktops not appearing in Citrix Workspace.
Procedure to reset on Windows OS:

In the lower right corner, near the clock, select the up arrow.

Right-click on the Citrix Workspace icon

Select Advanced Preferences

Click on Reset Citrix Workspace and respond Yes when prompted to confirm your choice

After resetting you will need to add an account again, Enter your APU email address
RESET CITRIX WORKSPACE FOR MAC OS
Occasionally a reset of the Citrix Workspace is needed to fix issues with applications or desktops not appearing in Citrix Workspace.
Procedure to reset on an Mac:
- Open the Workspace App
- In the upper left corner of your screen, next to the Apple symbol, click on Citrix Workspace and select Preferences:
- In the Preferences window, click on the Accounts tab then select the VDI account shown in the middle of the window. Next, click the Minus button and OK to confirm removing the account
- Close the Preferences window and click Set Up Account. In the Add account window enter citrix.apu.edu
