Billing and Payments scheduled maintenance

 

On Saturday May 20, 2017 at 10pm, CASHNet, one of our Billing and Payment Technology providers, will be upgrading their payment processing systems. CASHNet is making this change to improve the performance and availability of the service.  

Services Affected:

  • Student Admissions Deposits
  • Payments to Student Account Balances (Tuition and Fees)
  • Adding Cougarbucks to APU Accounts
  • Paying Installment Payment Plans

Duration:

  • Saturday May 20, 2017 at 10pm PDT to Sunday May 21, 2017 at 3am PDT
